AZER.com, the largest Web site in the world about Azerbaijan, which provides access to all the issues of Azerbaijan International magazine since 1993, now has a new section for listing educational opportunities especially geared for Azerbaijani youth.

Visit AZER.com and click on "Educational Opportunities." This substantial resource currently features more than 100 items (scholarships, grants, conferences, seminars and competitions) with full descriptions and contact information. Since grants and scholarships have deadlines that don't necessarily adhere to a quarterly publication, items are uploaded on an almost daily basis.
