USACC
  Seymour Khalilov is the new Executive Director of the United States-Azerbaijan
Chamber of Commerce (USACC). Previously, he worked for the U.S.
Embassy in Baku as a Commercial Specialist. Khalilov was an exchange
student at the University of Missouri-St. Louis business school
and worked in the University's Office of International Studies.
He has a Bachelor's degree in English from the Azerbaijan State
Institute of Languages in Baku and a folk musician diploma from
the Central Music School in Shusha. The USACC is an independent,
non-profit American organization that works to facilitate business
and cooperation between the American people and the people of
