Devon
  Chuck
Tanner has been named President of Devon Energy Caspian Corporation
(DECC), replacing Gregory Messner who has become the General
Manager of Devon's operations in China. Tanner, who will continue
to work out of Devon's Houston office, also holds the title of
Production Operations Manager for Devon's International Division.
Aside from various domestic assignments within the United States,
Tanner has served Devon as Production Supervisor-Latin America,
Africa, and Middle East. His background includes Reservoir Engineering
and Project Management. He holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering
from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA degree from the University
of Houston.
