Orjonikidze and Narimanov

Leaders who were very active in establishing the Bolshevik government in Baku during the early 1920s. Sergo Orjonikidze with Nariman Narimanov. The artist was commissioned to do this work in 1960. In the background, the artist depicts Baku's Old City (Ichari Shahar) with Shirvanshah Palace as one of the most dominant features.
